Six Murrieta residents were arrested on drug charges and other offenses Sept. 9 during a compliance operation conducted by various agencies, including the Murrieta Police Department, Murrieta region of the Riverside County Regional Gang Task Force and Murrieta office of the county probation department.

According to a news release from the Murrieta Police Department, the operation focused on gang members, sex offenders, and other subjects on supervised release. Warrants were served during compliance checks.

Among 13 individuals arrested were the following six from Murrieta for the offenses listed:

-- Michael Bock, 36: Violation of parole; possession of a stolen vehicle; possession of marijuana greater than an ounce; resisting or obstructing justice; possession of methamphetamine.

-- Lisa Geiger, 35: Violation of probation; resisting or obstructing justice; possession of methamphetamine; possession of drug paraphernalia.

-- Robert Groom, 32: Parole violation.

-- Zachary Powell, 26: Felony warrant; misdemeanor warrant.

-- Vincent Belton, 59: Possession of methamphetamine.

-- Dustin Snyder, 29: Misdemeanor warrant.
