Murrieta Valley (8-2), which finished second to Vista Murrieta in the Southwestern League, will be at home for a first-round game against Fountain Valley (7-3), the No. 2 team from the Sunset League.

The Nighthawks are led by freshman quarterback Hank Bachmeier, who has thrown for more than 2,200 yards and 25 touchdowns.
