Five people were detained in the 28000 block of Scott Road during a traffic stop for a vehicle that had no license plates. A check revealed the car had been stolen from Menifee several weeks earlier.

The responding officer located burglary tools such as shaved ignition keys in the vehicle, along with narcotics paraphernalia. All five occupants of the vehicle were arrested and four were ultimately booked into the Southwest Detention Center.
