A Winchester man was arrested on suspicion of burglary after property stolen from two Murrieta locations were recovered in a car he was driving on Sunday, authorities said.

Riverside County Sheriff's deputies responded to the report of a residential burglary in the 39000 block of Tangletree Way about 3 p.m. They obtained a description of the suspect vehicle, which was located about an hour later in the area of Murrieta Hot Springs Road and Pourroy Road.

Jonathan Baquiran, 19, and five juveniles were detained. Stolen property from the initial location and an additional reported burglary, in the 38000 block of Encanto Road in French Valley, were recovered. Further investigation revealed several stolen items were pawned at businesses in the area.

Baquiran was booked at Southwest Detention Center for felony charges related to the burglaries. Charges are pending for at least two of the juveniles, according to a news release. The other juveniles were released to their parents.
