Incumbent Randon Lane and former council member Kelly Seyarto won the two seats on the Murrieta City Council in Tuesday's election.
Lane, currently serving as mayor, received 10,332 votes, or 26.41 percent of the votes cast. Seyarto received 8,969, or 22.93 percent.
Current council member Harry Ramos received only 3,157 votes -- 8.07 percent.
