Murrieta Valley High School will re-open Wednesday after two days of closure while a school employee who was exposed to the coronavirus was tested. That employee tested negative and the school has been deep cleaned and disinfected, district officials said.
Saturday's announcement of the school closure included the fact that 71 students who may have been exposed to the employee were ordered to self-quarantine. Today's update from the Murrieta Valley Unified School District stated that those students were no longer required to be quarantined and may return to school with the other students.
